I manage the Group Productivity Management function for the Shoprite Group. My role is to partner with H.R, Store Operations and I.T teams to optimize the staffing, scheduling and productivity of our people across all business units and divisions. I am responsible for the development, strategy, operational use and integration of innovative technology and world-class systems to continuously improve Workforce Management end-to-end processes that are core to our goal of producing the most efficient and effective retail team on the continent.
